How Can lower Abdominal Pain Along With Diarrhoea Be Treated?

hello i have been having issues with my stomach since a sophomore in high school, i am now 20 years old and it seems its getting worse. before it started out as just pain in my lower right side. after the years past the problem literally grew into a buldge in the same region. my symptoms include: burning sensation that comes and goes and normally makes me feel over heated, at night it would wake me up sometimes because it was rapidly twitching, or tremoring. my bowl movements haven t been the same fore a long time now and sometimes id poop normally, other times to stool would come out solid but very small and tary in texture, other times it would be darker in color in a solid form. also diarrhea happens much more frequently. it burns coming out and its very uncomfortable. the bulldoze is very noticeable. Im very gassy most of the time and the fecal matter is very stinky, sometimes to where I ve had to leave the room. id love to figure out what this is thank you.
